McCoot = Buffalo Bill & Sarah = Annie O

It’s the new/old Wild West Show.

Wiley ol’ McKoot is Buffalo Bill and Sarah Palin is a bible-totin’ Annie Oakley.

Maybe the work involved

impresses and fascinates me.  Plus not much this dramatic happens here, so this is big.  And once in a lifetime—only this time it is second time in a lifetime—and I know I won’t see it again.

“Gossip” by David Row

Either I’ve just started to notice or it is the case that in the world of abstract painting, “swirls” and caligraphic “writing” or use of lines has come back. I’ll upload some samples. Here’s one—-”Wave” by David Row

new show ” ‘llectuals” on PBS

Well

I remember seeing Obama speak here on campus back in September and I was fairly skeptical.

Last night his speech in Denver shows just how much can change in everyone’s perception of what’s going on.

An eloquent “unrhetorical” speech, delivered supremely well.

He’s in there slugging.  The fight’s begun.

I do need someone to explain to me the reference to Osama’s cave and McCain’s reluctance or refusal to go there?
